Accessing DND
- Open DND Settings:
- Go to your profile at the top right of the screen.
- Select DND from the drop-down menu.
Toggling DND
- Enable/Disable DND:
- Click the DND (Do Not Disturb) option to toggle it on or off.
DND Status Indicator
- DND Status Indicator:
- Other operators and managers can see that you have DND enabled from the Operator panel and the Call Queue Agent Dashboard.
