# PMS Integrations

> Compare which VOXO Pharmacy features are available on PioneerRx, Liberty RX, and BestRx.

VOXO Pharmacy connects to your pharmacy management system (PMS) to power prescription lookups, refill processing, caller identification, and the AI agent's patient conversations. Exactly which capabilities are available depends on which PMS your pharmacy uses. This page brings together the PMS-specific notes scattered across the other pharmacy docs into one comparison.

  This page covers **PioneerRx**, **Liberty RX**, and **BestRx** — VOXO's three most common PMS integrations. If your pharmacy connects through **QS1** or a generic **Location** setup, see the [Supported systems](/pharmacy/pms-tools#supported-systems) table on the PMS Tools page for what's available to you.
