# Install the desktop app

> Install OMNIA as a desktop app from Google Chrome so you can launch it like any other program.

OMNIA runs in your browser, but you can install it as a desktop app so it opens in its own window and launches like any other program on your computer.

## Install OMNIA from Chrome

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open OMNIA in Chrome">
    Go to [app.voxo.co](https://app.voxo.co) in Google Chrome.

  <Step title="Click the install icon">
    Select the install icon in the browser's address bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the install">
    When prompted, choose **Install VOXO** to add OMNIA to your desktop.
