1. Direct messages within connect can consist of SMS if the account is set up for SMS or direct messages to other teammates within VOXO Connect.
2. Click the "+" icon to start a new direct message.
3. Click the "To:" section to add either a phone number for external text or the name of another user.
4. Once the number or name is typed in, click the drop down below.
5. For external SMS you will need to select a number to send from, number will need to be configured to your extension. For internal messaging this step is not required.
6. Click here to type your glorious message!
