1. Channels within connect are more for "group chats". You can have multiple channels within VOXO connect.
2. Click this icon.
3. Click "Add new channel"
4. Here you can name your custom channel and add a description.
5. Click Public or Private depending on need.
6. Click "Create"
7. Click "Add coworkers"
8. Type in the name of a coworker and add them to the channel.
9. Click here to type your glorious message!
